Complete System Warranty

All MCRS "BTO" (build to order) system sales include a full one year parts & labor warranty. This is an in-shop warranty, if you live out of the area, you may ship the unit to us. After we fix the problem we will ship it back to you via your shipping method and we will pay the return shipping charges. (within continental U.S.)

Warranty Procedures

Removing MCRS stickers from products voids the warranty.

Warranty is void if damage is caused by user abuse.

Warranty is void if unit is not plugged into a surge & spike protector.

Restocking fee of 15% will be charged on any equipment returned after 10 days.

NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS.

MCRS will not accept returns on open software (unless defective).

All warranty work and returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or a $20.00 research fee will be charged.

Policies

MCRS is not responsible for damage caused by fire, theft, viruses or other circumstances beyond our control.

Equipment left over 90 days becomes property of MCRS.

Terms for clients, MCRS retains ownership of all components until paid in full.

There is a $15.00 fee (payable in certified funds only) on all returned checks.

MCRS is not responsible for data on units.*
